The 2009 European CXOs' Choice Study measure the preferences of mobile communications and computing products/services among C-level executives (CIOs, CEOs, etc.) in Europe. Supporting this overall objective, we also measured important features of various types of products and services, ownership/usage rates, and satisfaction/future intentions with brands currently owned/used.
Furthermore efforts were made to determine which product features are most important among European CXOs.
