However, when measured in U.S. dollars, it itranslates into a downturn of 5.1% (given the current exchange instability). The market remains highly concentrated around the top 5 participants.  However, small companies have gained share either by focusing on alternative market segments or aggressive price competitiveness. Participants tend to invest in new sites in alternative regions of the country to reduce turnover rates, operational costs, and competitiveness. The base year for this study is 2013, while forecasts reach 2018.
