In this year’s share of wallet report, Stratecast explores the size and composition of the average consumer’s spending on communication services. We also look at likely motivations as expressed in a recent consumer survey, and provide guidance on operator strategies to increase the share of wallet by delivering services that consumers are willing to pay for. This report will provide important guidance to CSPs and those who provide them service-enabling technologies.
