In this report we review the spectrum of outsourcing opportunities that enterprises of all sizes present. We then examine a particular type of outsourced service: office telephony solutions. We offer a taxonomy of different solution models based on logistical, technological, and financial considerations. We then analyze the particular requirements that SMBs bring to the office telephony market.
