Description

This insight examines the 2010 Quadrennial Defense Review and FY 2011 DoD budget submission for insight on the future of manned aircraft procurement through FY2015. It uses 2008-2009 actual contract information plus the 2010 enacted budget as the point of comparison for the 2011 submission. The insight looks for trends in procurement and collateral effects on modifications and RDT&E spending over the next five years.
