It did however change the mindset of the industry from grabbing market share at any cost, to honing business plans to reach cash flow positive figures by the end of 2002. Unfortunately that is the best many web hosting survivors can commit to in early 2002 as it appears that few if any market participants have been able to show share holders a profitable return on their investment.
