Description

In this report, Stratecast uses data from the 2013 Frost & Sullivan Cloud User Survey to identify current perceptions about the cloud among United States-based IT decision makers. We compare perceptions among cloud “Believers” (those who currently utilize IaaS or are in process of implementing it) with those of the “Unconvinced” (those who are knowledgeable about the cloud but have chosen not to pursue adoption). Finally, we offer recommendations for cloud service providers on effective messaging to help influence key perceptions and accelerate adoption rates.
