The Indian network security market witnessed growth in the light of economic recovery. With 2008 and 2009 global economic crisis that had a negative effect on the region, the network security market experienced minimal growth in 2010. The fast-growing domestic economy, coupled with Asia Pacific leading the global economic recovery, was the primary driver for the Indian network security market. With business expansions, ICT spending also grew accordingly during the year. Price was no longer the only competitive factor in the commoditized market.
