This study deals with Customer Satisfaction analysis for automation and software solutions in ANZ mining industry. In this study respondents satisfaction with Automation & Software suppliers were analysed on the basis of Customer hot buttons analysis, Brand familiarity analysis, Product quality satisfaction analysis, Training satisfaction analysis, Delivery time satisfaction analysis, Technical support and after After sales service satisfaction analysis. The study also includes drivers and restraints pertaining to Automation & software solutions with respect to Australia & New Zealand mining industry, analysis of purchase decision influencers, source referred for product information and preferred channel of purchasing are analysed.
