This study examines the feedback from 205 U.S. companies regarding four premium mobile application categories: mobile office, mobile workforce management, mobile sales force automation, and next-generation fleet management. Survey topics include: deployment plans, adoption barriers, ROI metrics, customer satisfaction levels, mobile devices utilized, brand awareness, and on-premise vs. hosted implementations. U.S. wireless carrier portfolios and initial revenue forecasts are also presented. The overall story is a positive one -- and includes recommendations for capturing the next level of sales prospects.
