Wireless OSS billing providers are specialized companies who compete for billing revenues within a larger market for wireless billing solutions. Aside from direct competition from other OSS billing companies there is competition from wireless service providers themselves, known as in-house competition. Also competing within the broad wireless billing solution market are consultants and system integrators. This study focuses on wireless OSS billing companies.
