Description

The objective of this research service are to assess North American C-level executives’ attitudes and strategic plans regarding their personal and their organizations’ use of communications and collaboration products and services. In support of this primary objective, this research also measures awareness of communications and collaboration tools and identifies leading communications and collaboration providers. It determines the importance of communications and collaboration tools and executive decision makers’ intentions with regard to IT and communications budgets; implementation; use of communications, collaboration tools and endpoints; enterprise architectures; and communications and collaboration delivery models.
