The Network Management services markets in Argentina, Brazil and Chile are expected to experience constant growth, mainly due to both the advantages of outsourcing LAN services and the expansion of business and cities that leverage WAN contracts. Brazil has by far the largest markets and share with Chile the position as most mature markets. Finally, Argentina has experienced fast growth over the 2005-2008 period, but was extremely effected by the global economic crisis in both 2008 and 2009, haunted by a fragile economy, unstable political scenario and rising inflation.
