Description

In this study Stratecast explores the reasons behind a growing data demand and the impacts of this demand upon the data center and public utilities. Stratecast will also highlight some of the technologies enabling IT managers to deliver more computing power but also highlight some of the challenges associated with dense computing deployments and their impacts as enterprises adopt green initiatives. Finally, Stratecast will investigate the objectives of The Green Grid whose mission is to improve data center operations and the development of best practices.
