The survey consists of some 20 questions, focused on both OSS and BSS issues ranging from questions about what functions receive the most attention by CSPs to views on strategic issues such as real time rating & charging, convergent billing, customer experience management, customer self-care, business analytics, systems integration, and support for cloud services.
