Description

Among the various mobile communication and computing products/services surveyed in this research, nearly all European CXOs use/own laptops/notebooks. Of all features surveyed, CXOs want their laptop/notebook to work every time they use it (reliability) and for it to be a quality product; these features have the highest priority, and all other features are considered less important. Compared to 2009, in 2011 European CXOs’ smartphone usage for purely business purposes has declined, as smartphone use is also popular for personal purposes.
