Description

The aim of this study is to research, analyse, and forecast the tyre pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) market in Europe and gauge the impact of emerging technologies in direct, indirect, and hybrid TPMS. A consistent level of technology mix of both direct and indirect systems is expected from 2012 to 2020. The trend is predicted to shift towards indirect systems with the introduction of second-generation indirect systems. TPMS is expected to generate revenue of €531.7 million by 2020 with a CAGR of 30.4%. Almost 91% revenue from TPMS in Europe at present is contributed by direct TPMS. In this study, the base year is 2012 and the forecast period runs through 2020.
