This report is one of a series based on the findings of the 2012 Frost & Sullivan Cloud User Survey. In this report, Stratecast examines adoption and use of public, private, and hybrid cloud services. In addition, we look at perceptions, including factors that contribute to the decision to choose cloud services and to choose among providers. The results will be valuable to cloud service providers that are looking to hone their products and messages to attract enterprise customers.
