Description

The research study has identified the utilization of Scrubbers, Catalytic converters and adsorption filters that enable the efficient removal of air pollutants including Sulfur Dioxide, Particulate Matter, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen Oxides, Carbon Monoxide, Ozone, Mercury and Volatile Organic Compounds . The research services also discusses about the value chain, technical drivers and challenges, future trends, current emission guidelines and standards and also the stakeholder participation. Analyzing the site specific concentrations of the pollutants emitted and the monitoring of the emissions adhering to the standards formulated by the respective authorities is important for the reduction of ill effects caused by the air pollutants. This monitoring also enables the identification of pollutants emitted beyond the permissible limits and will require the suitable emission reduction technology to be either retro fitted in to the existing equipment or installed freshly. Air pollution mitigation also decreases the harmful environmental effects due to the emission of primary and secondary pollutants.
