This research was conducted into the South African facilities management market in an attempt to accurately identify factors currently affecting this market. South African facilities management providers were analysed across three end-user segments, namely the commercial, public and industrial sectors. Market sizes for each end-user segment were calculated for 2008 and forecasts determined for the period 2009 to 2015. In addition, market dynamics such as challenges, drivers and restraints were also identified.
