Description

The primary objective of this research is to assess North American CXOs’ attitudes and strategic plans regarding their personal and their organizations’ use of communications and collaboration (CC) endpoints. Supporting this primary objective, this research will also measure general usage of CC endpoints, identify the most popular CC endpoints, the most popular CC endpoints by vertical, the most popular CC endpoints by enterprise size, and the current and future plans for CC endpoints. Additionally, it will determine the support of IT for personal services/devices within the organization and executive decision makers’ intentions with regard to IT and communications budgets.
