This research services illustrates broadband network roll out case studies. Case studies from Australia, Singapore and United Kingdom are included in the research service. The role of regulators for proliferation of next generation networks is also highlighted. The two key objectives for the regulators for successful Next Generation Network (NGN) deployment in the market are secure efficient and timely investments and promotion of effective and sustainable competition. A pre-requisite for efficient use of NGN services is high-bandwidth network access. A comprehensive national broadband policy is required for the development of this network.
