This study primarily examines brands owned or used by Indian CXOs' in seven entertainment and mobile device categories. These include laptop/notebook Computers, smartphones, standard feature mobile phones, television Sets, direct-to-home (DTH) television service providers, home music systems, and mobile phone service providers. It also examines top-three perceived brand names in above product/service categories. The study also probes satisfaction, recommendation and re-purchase behaviour of CXOs for their owned/used brands in above product/service categories. This study analyses correlation between different product/service attributes and overall satisfaction for all seven categories.
