It also provides a comprehensive analysis of the logistics spend and its breakup by category; logistics outsourcing trends; logistics efficiency before & after using 3PL; and also the comparison of LSP performance as against the importance for end-users on selection criteria. Further, the study provides enduser preferences for multiple LSPs, reasons for outsourcing logistics, typical contract duration with LSPs, current and expected usage of logistics technologies. In addition, the study also provides the names of top 3 LSPs for each industry including the Best LSP for each industry for the year 2010.
