Internet adoption has continued to be strong in Brazil, with the acculturation process becoming more and more developed over time. Economic uncertainty, however, has slowed down network investment plans by top competitors in the country, while economical offers such as free Internet access persist given the budgetary restraints on both enterprises and residential users. Nonetheless, with major operators laying important stakes Latin America's largest market, Internet access should follow a solid growth pattern, allowing it to become of the most dynamic in the region.
