Description

In this study we will examine the current state of broadband deployment, whether net neutrality is having any impact on the build out of broadband, and we will explore the implications of the government not doing anything with regards to influencing the market. Our assessment will be of interest to network operators and service providers who use such networks, and policy makers whose aim it is to encourage broadband growth.
