In this SPIE, Stratecast looks at the click-to-call features of two very different services: EasyCall from Citrix, which targets large enterprises, and RingCentral's RingCentral Online, which targets small businesses. The two features could not be more dissimilar in architecture and positioning. However, to the end user, they share a common function. It is from this user perspective that we conducted trials of each service.
