The growth outlook of the region is expected to remain lackluster for the rest of 2015. But it is anticipated that there will be no temporary slowdown in the region till H1 2016 in spite of low growth rates of around 3% for the region. Unfavorable combination of external factors like low commodity prices, sluggish exports, slowdown in China, rising inflation, and restrained investment inflow are restraining the growth potential of the region.
