Technology focus areas include semiconductor manufacturing and design, flexible electronics, 3D integration/IC, MEMS and NEMS, solid state lighting, advanced displays, nanoelectronics, wearable electronics, wireless charging, brain computer interface, advanced displays, near field communication, and next generation data storage or memory.
