The objective of this research service is to measure IT decision makers’ current and future use of the technology. The regions analyzed in the study are North America, Europe, and Latin America. The research service covers the manufacturing, education, financial, government, healthcare, and retail sectors. It looks at IT solutions, such as smart phones, tablets, cloud computing, video, audio, and Web conferencing, IP telephony, internal and external social media, UCC, TDM phones, business-grade and consumer softphones, headsets, and MDM.
