The European inverter market for renewable energy systems is currently at a growth stage and is poised for a medium growth. The solar inverter segment dominates the renewable inverter market with majority of the revenue coming from this segment. The wind inverter segment is comparatively small, and the fuel cell inverter segment is the smallest among the three. Many countries such as Germany, Italy, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom have slashed their feed-in tariffs (FITs) and subsidies for renewable energy. This is expected to have a major impact on the renewable inverter market. The research presents market engineering measurements, drivers and restraints, and revenue forecasts.
