Latin American companies are adopting technology at an exceptional rate, particularly with the migration to cloud operations. Companies will continue to integrate digital solutions into their operations and services at a rapid pace to simplify and scale their businesses while improving profitability.

However, the influx of new critical technologies, especially with the arrival of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions, has far outpaced companies' ability to effectively implement and manage them. The various advanced technologies that often become more complex to manage at the scale required are increasingly out of reach for many Latin American companies, particularly small and medium-sized businesses, because of the technical difficulty and cost involved. These circumstances are driving companies to turn to external experts, namely managed service providers (MSPs) and global system integrators (GSIs). Businesses look to outsource experts that will deliver the technical knowledge, professional resources, and continuous support needed to optimize and effectively manage their technological environments as well as to guide the transformation of their business culture along the way.

While global services firms have made significant inroads into Latin American economies, this report analyzes managed cloud service providers that are native to Latin America. Most of these companies also offer other types of services beyond cloud management.

Frost & Sullivan analyzes numerous companies in an industry. Those selected for further analysis based on their leadership or other distinctions are benchmarked across 10 Growth and Innovation criteria to generate their position on the Frost Radar™. The publication presents competitive profiles of each company on the Frost Radar™, considering their strengths and the opportunities that best fit those strengths.
