Currently in North America, BlackBerry still has the largest market share amongst smartphone manufacturers and operating systems.  However, Apple and Android have narrowed the gap drastically over the past year with Apple’s continued success of the iPhone, and Android’s successful open source strategy with its OEM partners.  Furthermore, Microsoft has introduced Windows Phone 7 which will add another competitive OS into the market. How will the market continue to shift through 2015.
