Enterprises more than ever before are concerned about losing customers due to suboptimal experiences and want security measures to include seamless customer interaction. The reluctance to introduce friction for legitimate customers has resulted in demand for automated and invisible fraud detection and prevention features that authenticate users throughout the engagement—from point of origin to completion of transaction. Know-your-user (KYU) measures include behavioral biometrics, device intelligence, and user profiles that consider hundreds and thousands of parameters including geolocation, mouse movement, typing cadence, time taken to perform actions, entering/copy-pasting data, and age to create a profile without having to gather any other personal identifiable information and authenticate a user within seconds. Companies of all sizes understand that breaches cause a significant loss of trust that translates into higher customer churn and lower revenue, but that the protection they employ must adhere to.

Frost & Sullivan analyzes numerous companies in an industry. Those selected for further analysis based on their leadership or other distinctions are benchmarked across 10 Growth and Innovation criteria to reveal their position on the Frost Radar. The publication presents competitive profiles of each company on the Frost Radar considering their strengths and the opportunities that best fit those strengths. This project considers KYU providers in the fraud detection and prevention industry based on their vision, current capabilities and growth pipeline, go-to-market strategies, performance over the last three years, approach to innovation, understanding of Mega Trends, product portfolio, and alignment with customer requirements.
