This study presents findings from Frost & Sullivan’s 2025–2026 Voice of the Enterprise Security Customer Survey, based on responses from 2,100 senior cybersecurity decision?makers across regions, firm sizes, and industries. The research explores generative AI products under consideration by organizations spanning the global economy, current cybersecurity investment priorities, budgetary changes since 2024, and how organizations evaluate cybersecurity vendors, among other topics. Additionally, the analysis covers the top cybersecurity concerns facing organizations today, such as data exfiltration and customer churn, and the specific steps that organizations have taken to manage such concerns. Indeed, the research suggests that boards and executive leadership play an increasingly visible role in purchasing decisions, signaling the elevation of cybersecurity from an IT function to an enterprise risk and resilience priority.

Overall, the findings depict a market that seeks out increasingly AI-dependent cybersecurity tools and services in order to keep pace with a dynamic threat landscape and maintain human oversight of the incident detection and response process. Respondents want tools that enable analysts to do more with less as decision-makers determine how best to insulate their proprietary information against malicious actors, geopolitical threats, and unknown risks lurking over the horizon. Thus, this product empowers decision-makers to make choices from an informed perspective and to protect their assets in an increasingly threat-prone environment.
