The workplace is being rewired and the opportunity is immense. The last two years have revealed that employees can be equally, if not more, productive working from home. This has led to permanent shifts in the relevance of the physical office and the role of remote work in the workplace.
The next phase of re-imagining hybrid work is, however, not without complexities. As organizations globally tackle the challenges of building the new office and meeting new employee expectations, one thing is clear—hybrid work means different things to different organizations and will have almost infinite variations.

Frost & Sullivan’s research team has been investigating evolving hybrid work practices and technologies that address the new future of work. In this workplace transformation trends report, we summarize emerging hybrid work trends, their impact on the office space and meeting rooms, and overall implications for businesses based on key IT decision-maker survey findings.

This wide-ranging study is one of the several in a series of reports that analyze our extensive ITDM survey data and is complemented by additional IT decision-maker survey reports published by Frost & Sullivan in 2022 detailing trends in UCC investment priorities, communications platform as a service (CPaaS), frontline solutions, and various verticals.
